Important Notices
- International Orders Processing: Orders are dispatched only after payment disbursement from the payment gateway to our bank account, which takes 3-4 working days.
- Indian Customers: A clear copy of Aadhaar card is MANDATORY. Orders cannot be dispatched without this document as per Indian and Pakistani authorities’ requirements.
- Pakistan Post: Cash on Delivery is NOT available for Pakistan Post shipments.

- Primary Courier: Leopards Courier Service
- Alternative Courier: Call Courier (where Leopards doesn’t provide service)
- Pakistan Post:
- Available for all areas
- No Cash on Delivery option
- Delivery time: 1-10 days depending on destination
Delivery Times:
- Major Cities: 1-3 business days
- Small Cities & Remote Areas: 2-5 business days
3. International Shipping
Courier Services:
- Primary Courier: Skynet
- Alternative Services: DHL and other providers
- Service selection depends on:
- Shipping charges
- Service availability to destination country
Delivery Times by Region:
Skynet Deliveries:
- UK, UAE, Saudi Arabia: 4-5 business days
- India: 7-10 business days (Aadhaar card mandatory)
- USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 10-15 business days
- Other Countries: Varies based on location and flight availability
DHL Deliveries:
- All Countries: 5-10 business days

- Customs/Duty charges (where applicable) are to be paid by the customer
